HON SULEIMAN KWANDE THANKS FOR ALWAYS IDENTIFYING WITH US AS SON OF THE SOIL  RUKUBA'S APC PARTY FAITHFUL.


The Rukuba Chiefdom today overwhelmingly welcome and received Hon Suleiman Kwande as he visited the deepest villages of the Chiefdom which includes Mafara Ward, Kishika Ward, Kakkek Ward and Buhit Ward respectively.


The Honourable who said that "In furtherance of my efforts towards building stronger bridges across the various divides, strengthening our unity, and aggregating diverse views for national cohesion and integration. 


Hon Kwande still emphasize that the purpose of leadership is to accomplish a tasks. The tasks are what the people mobilize leaders to carry out. It could be to provide borehole, security, hospital and clinics, teachers and schools, etc. All these and many more are noticeable and measurable. The product of good leadership is noticeable in the improvement qualities of the lives of his people. The input of good leadership produces visible output of result for everyone to see.
