With great joy in our hearts, we wish to congratulate our workaholic member representing Dengi constituency *Rt. Hon. Saleh shehu Yipmong* in the event of his inauguration as member elect and also return as Deputy Speaker of the State Assembly. You have demonstrated to us over the past few years that you are a man who is after quality representation and law making that have direct influence on the citizens. We urge you to please continue in that manner sir.

On thesame vein, I will like to congratulated *Hon. Bala Noma* who is voted in to represent Kantana constituency. Sir, it is our prayers that you will succeed during your stay in office by providing the devident of democracy to your people.

We also want to congratulate *Rt. Hon. Abok nuhu* on his emergence of the Speaker of the 9th Assembly, sir your election shows the level of confidence other members have on you. Its our prayers that you will succeed beyond reasonable doubt.
