Comr.Gutul Victor Silas, corps member serving in Jos south LGA is set to set history in Jos south LGA through making provision of mobility aide to physically challenged persons.


What necessitated the idea of his project was the need analysis carried out within the LGA.

Gutul Victor Silas is the current Vice president of Culture and Tourism (His CDS).
